GDPR

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) requires Victory Morris to obtain permission from members, ex-members, ‘friends of’, people we have danced for or with, and organisations and venues that we have ‘worked’ with (etc.), where we hold data that might include

 
·      Name
·      E-mail address
·      Phone numbers
·      Home address
·      Emergency contact details
 
and inform all such people and organisations of what we do with the data. 

It also requires consent from every individual for the retention of their data.

GDPR Statement
Victory Morris, a Morris Dance side, undertakes to: 
 
·      store your data securely 
·      never pass on your data to an outside organisation unless you have given us explicit permission 
·      delete all your personal data within 30 days if you cease to be a ‘member’
·      provide you with details of the data we hold relating to you within 30 days of a written request to do so. 
 
Data Usage
Victory Morris uses your data only for the following purpose: 
·      to communicate with you from time to time in respect of events etc. that may be of interest to you.
